Lush 12 Days of Christmas Review [K]

This Christmas I wished for the Lush 12 Days of Christmas Box. It comes with 12 different amazing new products. I wanted todo a review! This is part 1. I took a bath after a long Christmas day! I used the Golden Wonder Bath Bomb because is looked like a present and it was Christmas. When you shake it, it rattles! The sent it citrus and cognac oils. The reaction in the tub is fantastic. Not to crazy and not to calm. I will let it be a little bit of a secret.

I also used some body wash from my box. I used the Olive Branch shower gel. But in this case bath gel(: It is supposed to help out your skin with lots of antioxidants. The sent is mandarine and vine leaves. It is also supposed to bring peace to your bath.

 My lovely bath

xoxo be on the look out for the next lush review

DIY Christmas Wrapping [K]

Is it the time for family and love. We give gifts as sign of apparition of that person. I truly believe that the outside says a lot about what is in the inside, from a present perspective. Don't get me wrong I never judge a book by its cover but I do love it when something looks beautiful. This holiday season I had a sudden jolt of brilliance! The idea was to wrap my gifts with newspaper, but to keep it from looking like I just did not have time nor money I made tags with the initials of the receiver for an extra touch! I will link a tag outline for you at the bottom. All I did was create a Word document with the tags and initials and printed it onto scrapbook paper that you can find at a craft store. I then ordered twine from this Etsy store LINK. Which was truly a fantastic experience (it always is with Etsy companies.) Once I printed the tags I took a star hole punch and create a spot to sting the twine. With the left over paper and star I sort of went crazy, which I suggest you do as well. I added glitter and TADA! Pure perfection! Here is one of the gifts I wrapped from my friend Isabel.

Trip To Europe Part 2

Part 2
This is round two of the exploration around Europe. Although for most of our trip we were in San Sebastian, Spain, we also had a fun day trip to France. The drive to the border was about 15 minutes but to the towns we went to it was about a 45 minute drive. How nice would that be? Oh just a weekend in France no big deal! We went to two beautiful towns. First stop Bayonne! This city/town was incredible. It was on a river and reminded me a little bit of Venice. The beautiful chapel and stacked building gave us a reassuring sweetness of "Holy crap we are in Europe!" We were still in Basque Country just in France. For lunch we stopped from some crepes and headed to stop number two! The second and last stop of the day was Biarritz! What a fantastic place! I speak for both for me and Jaci when I say that one day I will one day live here. This beauty sits on the water with a beautiful view of the Spanish coast. Everyone speaking french and fabulous views makes this my number one favorite spot on earth. Hope you have enjoyed learning a little bit about our Thanksgiving get away!

'Tis The Season For New Hair [K]

Me and Jaci recently went through a stage in our life were we both needed to mix things up. Jaci got 6 inches and me 4 inches cut off of our hair. I love our hair and have better confidence. All it took was taking a few inches away. In the past year, mine main goal was to find me and what I loved about myself. Being in high school can be tricky and risky business. Not only do we love our hair we also love the way it makes us feel about ourselves. Find what makes you love you, whether it is a new hair cut or shaking up your makeup. You will be surprised by what happens to you on the outside when you love your outside!

Love you xoxo

Trip to Europe Part 1

Hello! Me and Jaci have been very busy doing this and that but thought it was way over due to post a blog post! Recently we visited Spain on a trip with a fun day to France. This trip was fantastic and would love to go back right now. We were there over the week of Thanksgiving tell the Basque people about American traditions and well visit the beautiful Basque county. The Basque people are a diverse group of wonderfulness (is that a word... I don't think so). We stayed four days in San Sebastian, Spain. This is one of the most unbelievably beautiful places I have ever been. On the coast with a large about of modern and old architecture. While in San Sebastian we worked at a school, Santa Teresa, we worked there 3 days and it was amazing learning the students culture and the diversity though their everyday lives. Also the was a couple from the states, very close from where we live that have moved to San Sebastian five years ago. To explain what they do it very complex so we will simplify it, they have some form of foreign exchange program working with the Basque people and teaching English. English is a heavily need tool in the area. Mandy and Kevin had two beautiful girls and were a pleasure to get to know. The place we stayed was a 3 floor apartment because there was eight of us. The view from the roof was breathtaking. Here let us show you.

On Thanksgiving we joined the Basque people working with Kevin and Mandy. The meal was at the Basque Culinary Institute, so it was a fancy Thanksgiving but still had a homie feeling. Everyone was an incredible story after another. Most likely our best Thanksgiving yet.

  • Here are some photos from Spain. We will do the France day in a different post maybe later this week.

xoxo we love you San Sebastian
